We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Construction and Renovation Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of hotel construction and renovation projects. This role involves managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, and quality control, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Execution**:

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all phases of construction and renovation projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and hotel standards.
- **Team & Contractor Management**:

- Coordinate and manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Manage contract negotiations and scope changes, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- **Budget & Schedule Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and minimizing overruns.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely project milestones and completion.
- Track project expenses and approve contractor invoices in alignment with the budget.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and brand standards of the hotel.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
- **Communication & Reporting**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including hotel management, investors, and construction teams.
- Prepare regular progress reports, updates, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on hospitality or commercial renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations, including building codes and safety protocols.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale hotel construction or renovation projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar tools).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM).
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification.
- Experience working with luxury hotel brands or high-end projects is a plus.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
