**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with daily tasks, including framing, demolition, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and trim work.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform basic construction tasks under the supervision of skilled carpenters.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Learn and develop skills in various aspects of home renovation and construction.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Desire to learn and develop skills in the trades.
- Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is an asset, but not required.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Middlesex County and surrounding areas.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
