As a Sales Representative at HMA Construction, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our construction services. Your role is to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and provide tailored solutions for their construction needs. You will play a key part in helping us grow our portfolio of projects while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, businesses, and property developers.
- Present HMA Construction’s services, including construction management, renovations, and contracting, to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present estimates, bids, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
- Close sales and finalize agreements to meet sales targets.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction during and after project completion.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Previous sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.

**What We Offer**:

- Base salary of **CAD 40,000 - CAD 55,000** annually, based on experience.
