You'll work closely with our customers to diagnose and resolve any technical issues they encounter. You'll also have the chance to improve our systems and processes by suggesting innovative solutions and implementing best practices.

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has the ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Has a degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar discipline
- Has 2+ years of recent computer, server, and network troubleshooting experience
- Able to administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure, Microsoft Remote Desktop, LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and WiFi technologies
- Has experience setting up and troubleshooting PC, Mac, and mobile devices
- Likes to be hands-on, with a desire for continual learning
- Is flexible to work after hours, on weekends, and on-call as required

**Responsibilities include**:

- Creating and closing IT Help Desk tickets
- Resolving technical issues
- Performing IT equipment setup/troubleshooting
- Working with our technical team in various technical roles
- Providing remote and on-site IT support to CG Technologies customers

Access to a vehicle is necessary, as some light travel around the GTA will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
