Assistant Manager, Tundra Grill & Concessions

**The Role**:
The Assistant Manager, Tundra Grill & Concessions is responsible for supporting the management of the day-to-day operations of Tundra Grill and all concessions across APC. Reporting to the General Manager, Tundra Grill this position will be responsible for supporting the operating of a profitable restaurant, meeting budgeted margins while achieving revenue targets. The Assistant Manager, is expected to support the GM to meet all operational standards, maintain appropriate inventory, and supply levels, and ensure menu items are prepared in an efficient and high-quality manner.

**Required EDUCATION, TRAINING, LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS**
- A high school diploma and/or GED equivalent.
- Diploma or certificate in hospitality/restaurant management preferred; Bachelor’s degree would be an asset.
- Safe Food Handling Certification.
- Smart Choices Certification.
- Must possess a valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office along with strong knowledge of Food and Beverage software.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Required EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in coordinating, executing, and working in a fast paced concessions area.
- 3 plus years' supervisory experience in the Hospitality or Restaurant or Concessions industry along with training and developing food & beverage employees.
- Experience in a fast-paced, contemporary food service environment required.
