**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients warmly, manage incoming calls, text messages, and schedule appointments.
- Handle customer invoicing and transactions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients and staff.
- Digitally prepare, update, and file client records.
- Manage clinic supply orders and inventory.
- Perform other related administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in computer programs, with **strong familiarity with iMacs and Apple products**.
- Highly **organized, proactive, and a fast learner**.
- Strong **team spirit**, autonomy, and discretion.
- **Bilingual (French/English)** with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in a **medical clinic** is an asset.

- **Salary**: $35,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience

**Responsabilités**:

- Accueillir les clients chaleureusement, gérer les appels téléphoniques, les messages et les rendez-vous.
- Traiter la facturation et les transactions clients.
- Communiquer avec professionnalisme avec les clients et l’équipe.
- Préparer, mettre à jour et archiver les dossiers clients de manière numérique.
- Gérer les commandes de matériel et l’inventaire de la clinique.
- Effectuer d’autres tâches administratives connexes.

**Exigences**:

- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, avec une **grande aisance sur iMac et les produits Apple**.
- Excellente **organisation**, proactivité et capacité d’apprentissage rapide.
- Esprit **d’équipe, autonomie et discrétion**.
- **Bilingue (français/anglais)** avec d’excellentes compétences en communication.
- Axé sur le **service à la clientèle**, avec une attitude professionnelle et accueillante.
- Expérience en **clinique médicale** (un atout).
