**About the Role**

We are seeking a **professional, confident, and positive Front Desk Medical Receptionist** to join our team full-time. If you’re passionate about healthcare, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in helping others, this is your opportunity to play a meaningful role in our patients’ journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system in both French and English.
- Manage physician schedules, appointments, and patient templates.
- Process patient registrations accurately in the EMR system.
- Handle payments, invoices, and documentation efficiently.
- Scan, upload, and manage referrals and correspondence (fax/mail).
- Support the coordination of patient care and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with clinic protocols.

**Requirements**:

- **Medical background is required** (education or experience in a medical/clinical setting).
- **Fully bilingual (French & English)** - written and spoken.
- **Strong IT skills** and proficiency in:

- **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- **QuickBooks**:

- **Medesync**:

- **eIVF**:

- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (experience with eIVF or Medesync is a strong asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

**Schedule & Work Environment**
- **Full-time position**: Monday-Friday, between **7:30 AM - 5:30 PM** (8-hour shifts on an alternating schedule).
- **Weekend rotation**: Occasionally required (rarely scheduled).
- On-site position (not remote).
