**About You**:

- Strong technical proficiency with a good command of systems including MS Office
- Past accounting, bookkeeping or data entry experience is an asset

**Position Overview**:
At TNG we operate in a dynamic Shared Services environment and our core business is to provide effective, timely and efficient accounting and back room services to organizations within the Jim Pattison Group as well as privately owned businesses.

**Job Salary**: $39.000 annually

**Day in the Life**
- Accurately reconciling customer accounts
- Tracking payments to terms
- Researching payment discrepancies
- Addressing all issues relating to discrepancies: voids, NOF, pricing, un-keyed shortages, returns not processed
- Investigating and resolving problems forwarded from Customer Service
- Preparing week ending and month ending reporting for management review
- Identifying and contributing to the solutions of process problems with functional leadership
- Processing invoices for payment
- Monitoring and tracking invoice compliance and accruals
- Supporting month end processes
