**Main Responsibilities**:
Major responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Support the Warehouse Manager in daily administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, invoices and inventory logs
- Update and monitor data in Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Microsoft 365
- Daily communication with customers to follow up on deliveries
- Prepare quality control documentation and inspection checklists
- Document and report deviations, damage or non-conformities
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods
- Support corrective actions and continuous process improvement initiatives in the warehouse
- Participate in regular audits and inventory reconciliations
- Maintain clean, safe and well-organized quality inspection areas

**Main Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years' experience in logistics planning and coordination:

- Tracking logistics flows (sea and land)
- Drawing up acceptance/delivery plans
- Claims management
- Internal resource planning
- Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge and mastery of Microsoft 365 systems
