**Job Title**: Inventory Specialist

**Location**: 3494 rue Ashby, Sainte-Laurent, H4R 2C1 as well as multiple camp sites (locations will vary depending on camp session)

**Job Type**:Full-time/Seasonal

**Shift**: 8-4

**Salary**:$17.00 $17.75

**Job Overview**:
This is a seasonal temporary assignment

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to collaborate closely with location coordinators, managers, regional managers, and finance teams to manage and maintain the equipment and supplies needed to run our summer camps efficiently. The Inventory Specialist will ensure that all our camp sites are well-equipped and that inventory levels are managed effectively across all locations while being meticulous and cost-conscious.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with location coordinators, managers, and regional managers to assess inventory needs and ensure alignment with camp activities and camper registrations
- Update and maintain an accurate inventory management system to track supplies and equipment across multiple camp locations
- Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports on stock levels, usage trends, and reorder needs
- Coordinate the acquisition and distribution of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely deliveries to each camp site
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in budget management by providing insights and recommendations based on inventory data
- Resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies promptly

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
- Proficient in using Excel and/or Google Sheet and standard office tools
- Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary
- Flexible to travel between camp sites when required
- Experience working in a camp or educational environment is preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail and a cost-conscious mindset

**Qualifications**:

- **Posses a valid Cl 5 license**:

- **Have access to a working vehicule**:

- **Ability ton lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis**:

- **Organizations skills**:

- **Time management proficiency**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00-$17.50 per hour
