You will work closely with the logistics team and report to the site Supply Chain Director.Main Responsibilities: Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods at the plant and external warehouses, ensuring compliance with internal control rules and improving existing processesCoordinate the execution and improvement of periodic inventories at the plant and external warehousesInvestigate inventory discrepancies and collaborate with other departments to establish or improve proceduresEnsure inventory accuracy in the SAP systemProcess inventory adjustments in SAP within required timelinesAttend daily logistics meetings and contribute to the day’s action plan when requiredAct proactively and participate in process improvements by building strong relationships with internal and external partnersActively participate in training colleagues on new practices related to plant inventory managementPrepare and actively participate in physical inventory countsDefine and maintain performance indicators related to inventory managementProfile: College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control in a similar roleBilingual (documentation and communication with external suppliers)Experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of SAP or integrated ERP systems (a considerable asset)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
