**Job Overview**
We are seeking to hire an electrical wiring technician to join our team. **Responsibilities and Requirements**:
- Pushing and pulling cables for electrical power systems through floor, walls, and ductwork.
- Running, pulling, terminating, and testing Structured cabling.
- Cut, join, and install wires, panels and junction boxes.
- Must be able to work days, evenings or weekend shifts as required depending on project.
- Must have a vehicle in great working order and has the capacity to carry a 6’ step ladder, tools and some materials.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Must be able to work on step-ladders and at heights up to 50’.
- Work at heights, both on ladders of various heights and from man lifts.
- Test electrical systems after installation to ensure power is running correctly
- Must comply with typical Safety Policy
- Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluent Verbal/Written English Communication, Working with others.
- Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing.
- Follow departmental and company procedures to produce the highest quality product
- Willing to work overtime if the need arises
**Key Skill Requirements**:
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Technical proficiency
- Must have experience in use of hand tools and common power tools
- Ability to problem solve
- Valid G2/G driver's license in good standing
- Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel
- Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems

- WHMIS Certificate
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Fall arrest Certification
- Articulating / Scissor lift Operator Certificate
- 4 Steps Worker Health & Safety Awareness Certificate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
