**Job Position: Product Consultant**

**Reports to**: Supervisors and Store Manager at Libations 962 W. King Edward Ave

**Availability Required**: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings/closing shifts. Hours of operation are 10am-9pm Monday - Saturday and 11am-7pm on Sundays.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- To provide a memorable experience for all our customers whether it be instore or over the phone.
- Ensure that all customers are greeted in a warm and friendly manner.
- Utilizing your knowledge and passion for wine, beer and spirits when assisting all customers.
- Enthusiastically make all customers aware of current sales and promotions that may be of interest to them.
- Take every opportunity to be restocking and facing the shelves so that the store is always well merchandised and looking its best.
- Assist in the unloading and shelving of all wine orders as they arrive at the store.

Qualifications:
1-2 years retail or customer service experience
WSET Level 1 or applicable knowledge of the industry

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V5Z 2E2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- liquor industry: 1 year (preferred)
