The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Providing professional administrative support to the Client/FM team members/ Account Manager and general facilities operations.
- Supporting with general FM and administration functions for both the Macro and client FM teams to ensure we provide an effective service to the client in the premises.
- Supporting facilities operations and offer guidance to the FM staff, supply partners and client.
- Overseeing local shipping and receiving.
- Interfacing with property management.
- Managing local security functions.
- Creating Purchase Orders.
- Managing day-to-day physical functions of the building.
- Having knowledge of E-Facilities tool for booking meetings and desks.
- Assisting with equipment in local IT room.
- Restocking and managing the breakroom.
- Copier management.
- Providing a customer focused service and positive client and colleague relationships.
- Demonstrating attention to detail and ownership of the processes relating to areas of responsibility.
- Sharing site, client and project knowledge with members of the FM team.
- Adopting a positive and proactive approach to the delivery of areas of responsibility.
- Continually supporting and promoting a team working approach within Macro and the supply partner team.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with Macro and the Orange staff.
- Promoting a ‘Can Do’ flexible attitude to work requirements.
- Recording all visitors in the visitors log and issue the appropriate security access pass, per security guidelines
- Contacting host, direct visitors to the waiting area
- Keeping reception desk and immediate area clean and tidy
- Answering all incoming calls to switchboard from 08:00am - 5:00pm.

About you:
You are digitally savvy and an advanced user of MS Office 365 and Oracle. You are personable, have flexibility to support others and provide cover where necessary. You must be able to work independently and manage their site and responsibilities associated with site. You have a complete understanding in difference between outsourced employee and company employee. You can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
