Reports To: Marketing & Sales Support Manager

Supports: Marketing & Sales Team

Hours: Full Time: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 (occasional evenings and weekends)

Summary of Role

To plan, manage and implement successful sales events. Build relationships with vendors to increase vendor participation, with the goal of achieving greater sales and business partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Events
- Coordinate all Purity Life tradeshows and events, including selling space, advertising, physical setup/teardown, accommodations/travel booking, organization and tracking of all corresponding details
- Provide support to various internal departments by coordinating events such as regional sales meetings, retailer and vendor attended VIP events, smaller scale meetings and luncheons
- Provide support to vendors with confirming event details: space, agendas, orders, shipments, chargebacks, advertising etc.
- Meet strict deadlines and stay within budget
- Support Sales Representative events at store level i.e., help secure brand participation, ordering product, facilitate details, attend/man tables when necessary
- Other
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute ongoing promotions and other marketing collateral
- Work with/sell vendors on multiple marketing initiatives to pair with events including sales promotions, advertising space and participation in a variety of Purity Life focused innovation
- Work with external print, production, and tradeshow vendors to ensure pricing remains competitive

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / College Diploma in Marketing & Events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Proven success in event planning or coordination
- Proven ability to work effectively at a fast pace
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Natural Health products and related Purity Life distributed brands
