We're seeking an **AI Automation Solutions Specialist** with a dynamic personality and a drive to reach decision-makers and build relationships.

**About the role**:
**Location**:
Based out of Superior Glove Works Headquarters in Acton, Ontario, this role is currently available as hybrid.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day and scheduled expert support for AI initiatives, with a focus on ChatGPT as the company's primary Large Language Model (LLM).
- Deliver hands-on workshops and one-on-one sessions with managers and teams to identify workflow opportunities and goals.
- Guide teams in implementing AI-driven solutions from concept to completion, empowering them to adopt and scale usage independently.
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and data governance team to align tools, data, and best practices with business use cases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals and workflows.
- Evaluate and implement automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, SQL) to reduce manual tasks and boost efficiency.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives by promoting AI-related training through LinkedIn Learning, Section training, and internal programs.
- Demonstrate and promote creative, everyday uses of ChatGPT to encourage broader adoption across departments.
- Lead development of high-value AI automations based on departmental priorities, ensuring scalability and cross-team relevance.
- Mentor team members on automation adoption and the workflow discovery process to build long-term capability.
- Develop and manage project plans, deliverables, and success metrics in partnership with the Senior Project Manager.
- Track and document project tasks, milestones, and solutions in Asana, while continuously reviewing and enhancing automation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Information Science, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ChatGPT and other AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Mistral/Le Chat).
- At least 3 years of experience with SQL, including writing queries and creating scripts for automation.
- Ability to import/export data from systems like NetSuite ERP and various databases.
- Familiarity with Python, Power Automate, and low-code process automation platforms (experience is an asset).
- Experience with Power BI is considered an asset.
- Proven experience mentoring and collaborating with departmental leaders and teams.
- Understanding of core business processes and interdepartmental workflows, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of AI platforms and advanced prompting techniques, with experience in creating custom ChatGPT workflows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving focus.
- Experience leading workshops, developing training materials, and promoting data governance and AI adoption.
