Job Description_
So, what will your new role look like?_
You will develop marketing campaigns and creative strategies to promote GSoft’s products through digital channels to increase exposure and drive business results.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Use the data to follow up on our goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Propose and put in place initiatives that will help grow traffic & conversion on all our platforms
- Increase the number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impacts
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
- In collaboration with the marketing team, create a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces, and multimedia delivered for the web to support the organization's image, identity, and brands
- Ensures that the organization's website provides up-to-date and comprehensive product information that is easily available to existing and potential customers
- Establish and manage relationships with search engines that are strategically aligned with the digital goals
- Prioritize campaign, conception, and execution activities within the marketing team by determining the extent and scope of the work to be carried out with the different areas of expertise (Responsible for the scope)
- Lead synchronization between the marketing team and the Products, Sales and Support teams, and multidisciplinary initiatives
- Document and communicate to the marketing team important information from synchronization meetings
**What will your future team look like?**
You’ll join the Marketing Campaigns team made up of three digital marketers, two designers and a manager. The members of the team adopt a go-getter attitude towards objectives and value honest and inclusive communication, all this in a relaxed atmosphere that leaves room for the informal.

- Increase the velocity of our campaigns to allow us to promote our products, strengthen the awareness of our brands and achieve our growth objectives
- Drive customer acquisition and brand awareness by creating successful campaigns
**Qualifications**:
- You have extensive experience building audience segments and developing digital campaigns in a B2B and SaaS environment
- You are a collaborative person and independent in carrying out your tasks.
- You demonstrate analytical skills and a good knowledge of the market (market intelligence)
- You have knowledge in all areas of digital marketing: user research, CRM, CMS, copy, design, integration, advertising platforms, social media.
- You have skills with Marketo, Hubspot and/or Salesforce (asset)
