As **Digital Marketing Manager** at Image Salon, you will be responsible for all of Image Salon’s marketing efforts as a whole, alongside our CMO and sales team, as well as the scaling of our technology sister company, PhAito. In collaboration with a network of specialized marketing agencies, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across identified channels and recommending changes in course of action when necessary to optimize results
**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Oversee digital marketing campaigns for both Image Salon and PhAito
- Work alongside and coordinate with the CEO, CMO and the sales team to execute and coordinate effective strategies
- Work in collaboration with external agencies to assure projets progress and that objectives and KPIs are met
- Update CEO, CMO and the sales team on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts deployed and if needed come up with new ideas to improve results
- Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts
- Detailed view_
- Responsible for the execution of the digital marketing plan & tracking of results vs objectives
- Make sure marketing initiatives drive highly qualified traffic to our website through multi-channel paid and organic campaigns
- Assure that our social media presence respects brand guidelines & objectives
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Take ownership of the digital marketing funnel (CRM) - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Support the sales team with marketing projects
- Contribute to building PhAito’s network and increase our name recognition in the industry
- Maximize referencing from key industry influencers and clients
- Work on content strategy with agencies and the sales team
- Leverage ambassadors, influencers and partners
- Identify digital initiatives to grow geographic markets
**Required Skills and Experiences**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience managing projects with external agencies
- Results and KPI oriented, with very strong analytical skills
- Experience working with external agencies
- Hubspot familiarity (a big asset)
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in french and in english
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
