**Digital Marketing Manager**
BIXLERS is currently looking for a **Digital Marketing Manager **to join the team in Montreal, who will work with dynamic and passionate cross-functional teams. The **Digital Marketing Manager **is responsible for the strategy, operations, activation and analytics with the support of external partners and digital marketing team. To ensure successful campaigns, the **Digital Marketing Manager** is expected to build strong relationships and work closely with multiple cross-functional teams at our headquarters in Montreal, QC, Canada. & with our U.S. retail teams.
**What You'll Do**:
- Identify opportunities for BIXLERS products, brands and services understanding our brand’s omni-channel delivery (retail, e-commerce and wholesale).
- Build digital brand marketing strategy and go to market plans with an emphasis on owned and paid channels, to drive awareness and conversion.
- Set digital marketing KPIs, campaigns and objectives and report performance against overall objectives (ROI and KPI’s).
- Lead the planning, design, and the execution of digital marketing programs, including websites, organic and paid social, demand generation, SEM and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Optimize content for digital platforms and implement a captivating visual identity that aligns with our brand strategy and market positioning.
- Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms and reviews.
- Route all projects through the appropriate departments and approvals.
- Monitor latest trends in digital marketing, including advertising formats, channels and emerging technologies and recommend for adoption, where appropriate.
- Develop BIXLERS marketing and communication calendar, ensuring it is consistent with overall brand and sales objectives.
- Broaden the brand's digital footprint via platform expansion.
- Leverage available tools and online reporting capabilities to report on program successes, developing clear competitive benchmarks.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience as a digital marketer in house or at a media, marketing or advertising firm or agency with focus on social media marketing
- Experience with digital marketing industry, agencies and channels
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Experience developing and managing channel strategy and budgets
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional partners
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Analytical, strategic, innovative and creative
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required
- Knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Power BI, Dynamics 365 is an asset
- Bilingual: French and English - spoken/written is required

**Ce que vous ferez**:
- Identifier les opportunités pour les produits, marques et services BIXLERS en comprenant la livraison omnicanale de notre marque (vente au détail, commerce électronique et vente en gros).
- Élaborez une stratégie de marketing de marque numérique et accédez à des plans de marché en mettant l'accent sur les canaux propriétaires et payants, pour accroître la notoriété et la conversion.
- Définir des KPI, des campagnes et des objectifs de marketing numérique et rendre compte des performances par rapport aux objectifs généraux (ROI et KPI).
- Diriger la planification, la conception et l'exécution des programmes de marketing numérique, y compris les sites Web, les réseaux sociaux organiques et payants, la génération de la demande, le SEM et le marketing basé sur les comptes (ABM).
- Optimiser le contenu pour les plateformes numériques et mettre en place une identité visuelle captivante qui s'aligne sur notre stratégie de marque et notre positionnement sur le marché.
