Trotman Auto Group is seeking a **Vehicle Lease Administrator** to manage our vehicle leasing operations out of our Langley Chrysler location. If you have the skills and experience, we’d love to hear from you

**About the Role**:Key responsibilities include overseeing lease agreements, preparing documentation, handling payments, maintaining records, and providing customer service.

**Schedule**: Full-Time; Monday-Friday

**Compensation**: $65,000-$70,000/yr

**Location**:Langley Chrysler

**Who you are**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in lease administration or a similar role.
- ** Knowledge**: Strong understanding of lease contracts and basic accounting principles.
- ** Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail a must.
- ** Tech Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and lease management software.
- ** Work Style**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**What your day will look like**:

- **Lease Management**: Oversee vehicle lease agreements, ensuring compliance, and manage lease documentation.
- ** Record Keeping & Payments**: Maintain records of lease activities and handle payments.
- ** Customer Interaction**: Address lessee issues and provide excellent customer service.
- ** Legal Collaboration**: Work with bailiffs, handle small claims filings, and liaise with insurance agents for lease-related disputes.
