REPLENISH is growing and we are looking for the right person to help develop and lead our Café operations, provide amazing experience customer service and enhance our in-store shopping experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY**:Cafe Manager (part-time)**

This is a unique opportunity to develop a Café concept with a commitment to exceptional product, service and a sustainable point of view. You will work closely with the REPLENISH Team to deliver high-touch service in our Café operations.

THE POSITION
- Run the day-to-day operations of the Café from open to close
- Develop Café menu and deliver beverages and specialty drinks with focus on quality and sustainable operations
- Curate and maintain the café’s coffee program by selecting and rotating coffees for both bar service and retail offerings
- Manage and maintain inventory of coffee, tea, milk, pastries, and all café supplies, ensuring consistency and minimizing waste
- Maintain all café equipment in proper working order, staying on top of routine servicing, cleaning, and coordinating timely repairs when needed
- Develop and manage key account partnerships; coordinate with suppliers to source exceptional and sustainable products
- Provide Team café operations training and coordinate additional support and product training with partners
- Follow required health and safety policies in maintaining cafe environment
- Provide management with feedback on how we can improve our processes
- Represent REPLENISH and communicate REPLENISH’s values and vision.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in specialty / third wave coffee environment (min 2 years barista experience)
- Skilled in espresso dialling and manual brewing methods
- Food Handler certificate and WHMIS training
- Availability to work weekends and evenings is required
- Team player with proactive approach and positive attitude
- Friendly and outgoing personality and passion for exceptional service
- Proven experience in Retail or Hospitality is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
