Office Facilitator

Our office is located on the Waterfront side of the exchange district in a newly renovated building with free outdoor parking and is close to all major bus routes. We pride ourselves on being a positive work environment with many long-term employees as part of our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Dispatching
Contact existing residential & commercial customers to book appointments
Performing scheduling duties
Accounts Receivable
Involved with payroll duties
Daily Work list Processing & Invoicing
Additional tasks as required from management
**Skills Required**:
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Customer service oriented; comfortable communicating with customers/clients on the phone
Excellent problem solving skills & critical thinking
Data entry
Work with tight deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented/organizational skills
Problem Solving
Knowledge of the city & surrounding areas (for scheduling purposes)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with rotating Saturday availability
Transportation: Close to all major bus routes and free outdoor parking

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
