In your role as the Clinical Research Facilitator for North West Telepharmacy Solutions (NTS) at The North West Company (TNWC), you will provide methodological consultation for NTS researchers, facilitate, manage, and analyze data, as well as assist with report and manuscript preparation and writing for projects directly involved in health research for NTS.

**Your Role**:

- Provide methodological consultation to North West Telepharmacy researchers.
- Facilitate access to and management of data.
- Interpret, analyze, and present data.
- Create case report forms and study data base spreadsheets.
- Assist with dissemination of research findings.
- Report, write, and prepare research project manuscripts.
- Support grant preparation.
- Enhance pharmacist researcher skills on an ongoing basis.

**Desired Skills & Abilities**:

- Previous work in a university or other academic environment is an asset.
- Experience in a health care research setting is required;
- Master’s degree in a Health Sciences related area, preferably in an applied program that’s research based.
- Experience in health care program evaluation is considered an asset.
- Proven knowledge of biostatistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Access.
- Demonstrated ability with statistical analysis and familiarity with databases.
- Proven analytical interpretive and problem solving skills.
