**TUESDAY: CLOSED**
**WEDNESDAY: 10:30am-9:00pm**
**THURSDAY: 10:30am-9:00pm**
**FRIDAY: 10:30am-9:00pm**
**SATURDAY: 8:00am-9:00pm**
**SUNDAY: 8:00am-3:00pm**
**PLEASE NOTE**:These are tentative hours at this time. Working hours will vary from restaurant hours.
**BENEFITS**:
- Extended health care benefits includes dental, vision, etc.
- Full-time employees: Company to cover 100% of extended health care benefits after 3 months’ employment
- Part-time employees: Company to cover 50% of extended health care benefits after 3 months’ of employment, with a minimum of 24 hours worked per week

- Will provide no charge transportation to full-time employees commuting via public transit to/from Burlington Mall
- Travel allowances for employees driving their car to/from work are available, depending on distance
- 4 weeks’ paid vacation for full-time staff

Our restaurant is looking for a hospitable and genuine individual capable of supervising and coordinating the entire front-of-house team. The **Front-of-House Manager** is passionate about customer service and creating an unforgettable dining experience.
Stepping in when required to ensure the best hospitality experience. They work well in a team environment, paying special attention to every detail.
**Skills & Experience**
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary or Hospitality Management is an asset
- 2-3 years of previous restaurant management experience at a high level hospitality environment
- Must have Smart Serve and Food Handler’s Certifications
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to operate with flexibility
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- Passion for food with a background in high level hospitality
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Provide leadership, problem solving and decision making in all areas of the restaurant
- Meet and maintain accountability and profitability of specific areas as determined by operating standards
- Provide ongoing training, motivating and monitoring staff and the development of people
- Take a hospitality approach to all that you do
- Ensure your enthusiasm, infectious energy and ability spill onto other staff
- Accountable for decision, our guests and our employees, while simultaneously working toward the company’s goals and vision

**About the Owner**
**Phil St-Cyr** is a holistic nutritionist, yoga teacher, travel agent, and business owner.
He has over a decade of experience operating hospitality and food & drink businesses and has obtained most of his education through hands-on experience, mentorship, and travelling. Phil is an advocate for sustainability and believes in creating a welcoming space for employees to thrive.
