**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Train and mentor new staff members on service standards and procedures.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and expectations.

- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide front-of-house staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

- Attention to detail in maintaining service standards and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
