- ** Platform Management**:

- Manage and optimize advertising accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Stay updated on platform features, algorithms, and best practices.
- ** Budget Management**:

- Set, allocate, and manage advertising budgets for various campaigns.
- Monitor and adjust spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- ** Audience Targeting**:

- Utilize advanced targeting options to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Test and refine audience targeting strategies based on performance data.
- ** Ad Placement and Scheduling**:

- Determine the most effective ad placements and timings for optimal visibility.
- Implement scheduling strategies to reach target audiences at peak times.
- ** Ad Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns.
- Track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition.
- ** A/B Testing**:

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segments.
- Use test results to refine and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- ** Conversion Tracking**:

- Implement and monitor conversion tracking to assess the impact of social media advertising on sales and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to assess attribution models.
- ** Collaboration with Creative Teams**:

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media advertising, with a focus on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising principles, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in ad management tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design compelling ad creatives and write effective ad copy.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion tracking.
