ABOUT THIS POSITION

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will assist our Senior Manager of Digital Marketing with writing and designing social media content for 2-3 accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Producing and posting tailored content for Silver Lining’s clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Conducting market research and monitoring and reporting on content updates and campaigns.
- Participating in on-site photo and video shoots for client Content Days.
- Keeping up with social media trends and implementing personal creative ideas.
- Completing other tasks as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Post-Secondary Education in Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Strong project management skills
- Strong ability to create and edit video content
- Strong communication and design skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adhere to timelines
- Powerful eye for creativity
- Proficiency in Canva, Sprout Social, and all social media channels
- Experience working collaboratively in a creative environment is an asset
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
- Bonus if you attain any digital marketing or social media certifications

ENVIRONMENT AND COMPENSATION

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
