**Seasonal Contract | Toronto Hop-on Hop-off Sightseeing Tours**

We’re a leading sightseeing tour company in Toronto, and we’re looking for enthusiastic **Tour Guides and Ticket Agents** to join our team for the 2025 season.
**(Contract position until November 2025)**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Providing fun, engaging, and informative commentary on our sightseeing buses
- Interacting with passengers in a friendly, professional manner
- Making safety announcements and overseeing passenger safety on and around the vehicle
- Selling tickets for tours and attractions and making reservations for guests
- Coordinating with dispatch and office staff regarding pick-ups, delays, or route changes

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- A positive, outgoing personality
- Solid knowledge of Toronto’s past and present, with a passion for learning more and sharing it with others
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 kg
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Second languages are a strong asset

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
