Queen Tour Niagara Falls Tours is one of the city's top Niagara Falls tour operators since 1994. We are looking for a part-time tour guide/bus driver to join our team.

Your day will include picking up either a 13 or 24-seat bus in North York, driving to Downtown Toronto to pick guests up, and then heading to Niagara Falls. You will be providing them with some commentary along the way and at Niagara Falls. You'll have a few hours of (paid) free time in Niagara Falls while they do their own thing. From there, you'll head to a few other destinations in Niagara, then head back to Toronto. You'll need to be at the parking lot in North York for 6:30 to 6:45 AM and return around 5:30 to 6:30 PM (give or take, depending on the day).

We are seeking someone who is available 1 or 2 weekdays throughout the entire year (winter and summer included). The day(s) are flexible per your schedule, but we are looking for someone between Monday to Friday. In addition to the agreed pay, you will earn gratuities, commissions and a monthly review bonus. This usually looks like $250-300 per day base, plus anywhere from $20-40ish per winter day and $50-100ish in summer days for tips/commissions/bonus. We also provide part time staff with a health spending account for dental, massages, etc ($400 per year for part time staff).

Responsibilities and Duties include:

- Drive the bus safely and in accordance with the Highway Traffic Act (including completing your daily inspection every morning)
- Manage customer questions during the tour
- Share knowledge about Toronto and Niagara Falls with live commentary during the bus ride, in a fun and engaging way, and then in Niagara Falls
- Be accountable for passenger safety and communicate with them by text/call when needed
- Clean the bus at the end of the day

Qualifications and Skills:

- Must have a Niagara Parks tour guide license and be able to give commentary through a headset during the tour (required)
- Must have a valid F Class Ontario driver’s licence (F or higher required)
- Minimum 3 years experience doing tours or similar work (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial driving experience and the ability to get a letter from your previous insurer (required)
- Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions: a current copy of your driver's abstract will be requested (required)
- Must be fluent and clear in spoken English
- Reference will be requested from a previous employer*

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $300.00-$400.00 per day
