Are you a proactive professional with a gift for organization, communication, and supporting leadership in fast-paced environments? The Squamish Nation's Ts’ixwts’ixwnítway Member Services is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support/Executive Assistant to support the Emergency Services Team and act as Executive Assistant to the Member Services Director. You’ll help manage projects, conduct research, write reports and grants, and keep daily operations running smoothly, all while supporting community-centered services.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the Director in daily operations, including managing their calendar and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate and attend meetings: prepare agendas, book rooms, take and distribute detailed meeting minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager and assist Intake and Outreach when needed.
- Maintain filing systems and monitor the Director’s paperwork and project deadlines.
- Prepare materials including briefing notes, council resolutions, presentation slide decks, pamphlets, and flyers.
- Organize and schedule recurring department meetings, including 1:1 check-ins and monthly team meetings.
- Assist with invoice processing, cheque requests, and expense tracking.
- Collect, manage, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data for Emergency Services.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on services provided, expenditures, and program access.
- Support policy research, including development and revision of procedures and forms.
- Consult with Nation members, the Member Services team, external partners, and internal departments.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A combination of education and experience in administration, policy, project management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing reports and grants.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data collection, evaluation, and analysis is a strong asset.
- Graphic design or communication material development is an asset (pamphlets, slide decks, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

**Salary**: $62,500 - $87,500
