**Job Posting: Executive & Personal Assistant to the Vice President of Construction**

**Location**: North Vancouver
**Position Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide executive-level administrative support to the VP Construction, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and document organization.
- Manage personal errands, appointments, and household-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Act as the point of contact between the VP Construction and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with project-related tasks such as reviewing documents, monthly invoicing/reporting and tracking deadlines.
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and clients on behalf of the VP Construction.
- Support project managers with scheduling, procurement, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role (construction or related industry experience is an asset).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate the capacity to interact with high-pressure or demanding personalities while upholding discretion and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
