**Who We Are Looking For**
Darwin is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and President of Darwin Properties. You are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and have a meticulous attention to detail. You will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we will rely on you for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations.
**Attributes**:
- 1-2 years experience in administrative roles reporting to executive or senior management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, with attention to detail in all aspects of role
- Strong time-management skills and ability to balance priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality of all personal and corporate matters
**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Calendar and schedule management: scheduling appointments/meetings, changing/rearranging meetings as appropriate
- Ensure CEO and President are prepared for each meeting with materials, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate and make arrangements for on-site and off-site meetings and events (e.g., communication, location, meals, equipment, materials, RSVPs, and travel)
- Build a relationship with partners, staff and industry members through a professional and pleasant demeanor in all interactions and communications
- Maintain and produce internal monthly reports and external resources to expedite workflow
- Drafting and editing of documents, letters, agendas, memos and general communication
- Assist in coordination of personal daily tasks
