**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
**THE DETAILS**
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager is an integral part of the Human Resources team and will be in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for our office, site and sales centre locations. Scope of responsibilities include:
- Performing analysis of hiring needs and providing employee hiring forecast
- Planning and implementing a talent acquisition strategy
- Developing company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- Conducting a variety of sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Suggesting measures for improving employee retention
- Administering and submitting all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Generating monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
- Creating monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
- Working closely with internal marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
- Planning employee referral programs/incentives
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
- Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Researching talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
**WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE**
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager
- Recruiting experience in real estate, sales, marketing and/or construction industry an asset
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources; Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological or other pre-employment testing etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools; experience using BambooHR an asset
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Impactful presentation style
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative and critical thinker; proactive problem solver
- Team Player
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- A positive, “can do” attitude
- Drive, motivation and a desire to be continually learning
