- providing a range of clerical, administrative, and support services.
- responding to general public inquiries.
- managing office procedures.
- preparing reports, spreadsheets, letters and other documentation.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- You must possess oral French language skills at the advanced level. Your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire.

**Customer Service, communication and interpersonal skills**: You have:

- customer-service skills/orientation.
- the ability to work as a team member and handle high level of stress when dealing with fatalities, work accidents and irate clients.
- communication skills to provide information and obtain details of incidents and events.

- knowledge of records management and practices to maintain electronic and manual filing systems.

**What we offer**: In this temporary role, you will be compensated, in addition to your salary as follows:

- pay in lieu of statutory holidays
- pay in lieu of vacation
- pay in lieu of insured benefits upon completion of 1-month continuous service
- accrual of attendance credits
- you may, at your expense, participate in the Pension Plan and Supplementary Health and Hospital (SH&H) plan
