**Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continually enhance menu offerings.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential.
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards.
