Due to strong growth in our business and continued plans for expansion, Northland Floral is looking for a **Sales Manager.**

We are searching for a passionate, easygoing, and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our Office team. It is your opportunity to grow in a fast-past, friendly environment where we empower people to lead and reach their full potential. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide coaching and direction to the Sales Team Members; cultivate growth
- Submit monthly and quarterly reports on sales forecasts, wins and losses to the Sales and Marketing Director
- Develop and manage departmental budget and individual sales targets as part of the business planning and financial budgeting process
- Use existing tools and/or develop new tools to track customer information related to performance, relationship, strategy, and potential
- Review actual performance vs. go-to-market strategy with Sales Team at least quarterly
- Daily support of Sales Team Members; performance monitoring, identifying/recommendation of staffing changes
- Identify opportunities for training and development
- Work collaboratively with Sales Team Members to translate targets into detailed action plans
- Draft and prepare call lists/scheduling/vacation coverage
- Other duties as prescribed by the Sales and Marketing Director.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Finance, Communication, Economics, or comparable field preferred
- Minimum 10 years professional experience, 7 years in Sales Operations or other shared service department preferred
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and team facilitation skills
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office
- Exhibits Northland’s Core Values.
