**Position**: Customer Service Representative

**Company Description**Santa’Ville is a proud retailer and manufacturer of personalized Christmas decorations. We have proudly served in the holiday retail sector for over a decade with locations all over Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. We specialize in premium quality personalized ornaments, stockings and many other festive decorations. **Role and Responsibilities**:

- Implementing sales strategies and understanding of customer service
- Having thorough product knowledge
- Upselling according to customer’s wants/needs
- Reporting any broken/damaged, stolen or inaccurate inventory
- Restocking and organizing products as necessary
- Bi-weekly inventory count
- Cleanliness and organization
- Organization of inventory and storage areas
- Following dress code
- Time management Customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Past retail sales and customer service experience is an asset
- Exemplary penmanship or artistic ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Other**
- Flexible to workday, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
