**Customer Service Representative**

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to join our team. If you are adaptable, a quick learner, and passionate about excellent customer service, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Adapt to the changing needs of the store and demonstrate flexibility
- Take initiative and work independently, while collaborating with a dynamic team
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued
- Assist with kitchen prep and/or butchering (experience is an asset)
- Ensure safe food handling practices are followed
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in kitchen prep and/or butchering is preferred
- Safe food handling certification is preferred but will train
- Smart Serve certification is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Friendly, energetic, and motivated to deliver outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work -day shifts, including weekends as required
