As a **Customer Service Representative** with a culinary background, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and providing expert knowledge and advice on food products, services, and preparation techniques. Complete duties as assigned and able to make batch meals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service through in person and phone addressing inquiries related to our products and services
- Utilize your culinary knowledge to assist customers with ingredient substitutions, recipe recommendations, and product pairing advice, as well as preparing food.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional, effective, and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, or exchanges as necessary, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in the culinary field (e.g., kitchen experience, food service, or culinary arts training)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms POS system is a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Attention to detail
- Safe Food Handling and Smart Serve an asset
