The mission of the Retail Communications Department is to connect and organize the division with business-driven, simple, and relevant information.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Retail Communications team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the development and execution of communication to our boutiques. You will develop high quality communication content for Retail and actively support with managing our Retail Communications programs. THE ROLE

As the Specialist, Retail Communications you will:

- Effectively inform on and encourage participation with regular programs
- Promote engagement by recognizing wins and uniting our team around company perks
- Clearly and empathetically communicate change to foster resilience and flexibility
- Connect our people to the right information for their day-to-day needs
- Ensure the delivery of Retail Communications reflects and supports the business objective while embodying Everyday Luxury to our Retail audiences
- Support the function of world-class Retail Communications to ensure organizational efficiency and consistency

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Specialist, Retail Communications has:

- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including:

- Previous experience in communications
- Outstanding written, verbal, interpersonal and public speaking skills
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
