We are looking for a Permanent Full-time, Community Partner Coordinator to work based out of Hamilton.

**Key Job Functions**
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services, eligibility of programs that we administer through Employment Ontario, and how we can support the individual needs of jobseekers and employers.
- In collaboration with the Manager, Community Partners, this role plays an integral and strategic role to promote VPI programs by developing, strengthening and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, which supports the needs of our clients and employers.
- Assessing caseloads, as well as regional demographic information, to identify new partnership opportunities that directly align and support our clients, employers, and our community, with a focus on job seekers that have higher barriers and are furthest from the labour market, which includes individuals from specific inclusion groups: Youth at Risk, Indigenous, People with Disabilities, Newcomers to Canada, people of color and racialized people.
- Identify and build the necessary mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships to ensure that the key interventions and wraparound supports are in place to prepare clients for their journey into employment, ongoing retention, and career advancement.
- Maintain up to date records and information of community partners and contacts and related activities with updated plan items and real-time case notes.
- Coordinate and facilitate information sessions with community partners.
- Other duties pertaining to the position, as required.
