**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure successful project execution.
- Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Basecamp to track progress and communicate updates.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and reporting processes.
- Create visual representations of project timelines and workflows using Visio.
- Implement quality management practices to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Support the transition of projects from initiation through completion using methodologies such as Waterfall.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in Construction project management with a solid understanding of project management principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Jira for tracking project tasks and progress.
- Experience with data collection methods for informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with project planning techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of Visio for creating process maps and diagrams.
- Understanding of Waterfall methodology for structured project execution.
- Experience with Basecamp for team collaboration and communication.
- Commitment to quality management practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus but not required.
- Mandarin & Cantonese prefer

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

**Experience**:

- Renovation: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

- Class G Licence (preferred)
