Location: 404 / Highway 7, Richmond Hill

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of residencial construction projects, from inception to completion, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Hire and direct subcontractors and trades as needed to complete build
- Field inspection of the job site on a regular basis, as required to ensure compliance with requirements of the construction contract
- Prepare subcontracts and material purchase orders
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered successfully
- On call 24/7 to deal with problems and emergencies
- Be able to create project schedules, construction draws, review contracts and price projects where applicable
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Some knowledge of blueprints and reading drawings
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Any drafting software knowledge - especially AutoCAD A working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software

Pay: $70,000.00-$115,663.00 per year
