Data Administrator

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in the development of data management systems that enhance operational efficiency.
- Generate reports using Excel and other software tools to provide insights on data trends.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company standards.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably with a focus on data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including experience with databases and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office procedures and best practices for file management is preferred.
