- At Malone's, the role of Restaurant Manager is defined by a commitment to four key pillars: -----Craft Beer Mastery, Sports Entertainment, Exceptional Customer Service, and Expert -Booking Management
- Ensuring positive guest experiences and delivering exceptional customer service
- Successfully managing large events such as sport events, group bookings, weekly events
- Maintaining smooth and efficient daily operations, including team management, venue maintenance, sales, and cost control
- Securing a healthy and desired level of reservations for private events to enhance guest experiences
- Establishing a strong connection with BC's craft beer scene and customers
- Manage a team & ensuring they are motivated, trained and ready to roll up their sleeves when needed.

**Requirements**:

- 3 + Years of extensive craft beer and cocktail knowledge is a MUST.
