At Malone's, the role of General Manager is defined by a commitment to four key pillars: Craft Beer Mastery, Sports Entertainment, Exceptional Customer Service, and Expert Booking Management.

As GM, you'll have the autonomy to orchestrate these pillars to perfection, supported by an Assistant General Manager and dedicated teams in Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and Maintenance.This collaborative structure empowers you to focus on delivering unparalleled experiences for guests while efficiently managing and coordinating large bookings.

**Key Success Metrics for the Role**:

- Ensuring positive guest experiences and delivering exceptional customer service
- Successfully managing large events such as sport events, group bookings, weekly events
- Maintaining smooth and efficient daily operations, including team management, venue maintenance, sales, and cost control
- Securing a healthy and desired level of reservations for private events to enhance guest experiences
- Establishing a strong connection with BC's craft beer scene and customers
