We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their projects by offering a wide range of emergency services and safety consulting. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, vehicles, and equipment, to ensure the timely response to emergency calls and the efficient operation of our services.

2. Scheduling: Create and manage schedules for EMS personnel, ensuring adequate coverage for shifts, events, and training programs.

3.Inventory Management: Maintain and track inventory levels of medical supplies, safety equipment, and vehicles. Coordinate orders and restocking as necessary.

4. Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations, certifications, and safety standards. Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections.

5. Dispatch Support: Provide support to the dispatch team by helping to prioritize and dispatch emergency calls, as needed.

6. Training Coordination: Assist in coordinating training programs for EMS personnel, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, incidents, and equipment maintenance.

8. Communication: Act as a point of contact between various departments, including field personnel, management, and external agencies, to ensure smooth communication and information flow.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in emergency medical services, public safety, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in emergency medical services and safety.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $53,587.00-$57,279.00 per year
