Our Scarborough office currently has the following opportunity**:Customer Service/ Retention Specialist**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Always put the customer first and be comfortable building and managing client relationships.
- Meeting individual and department goals as well as participating in regular meetings with the Customer Service Manager and the entire team
- Calling customers for feedback, service evaluations, and follow-ups
- Resolve issues within the same day, utilizing all communication methods available, avoiding escalation, and keeping the Customer Service Manager updated on current issues
- Follow set procedures, resolve conflicts and problems within tight deadlines while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues, and the ability to use reason and common sense

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work under pressure, organize effectively with time management and scheduling people/tasks, and develop realistic action plans while being sensitive to time constraints and resource availability
- Ability to work independently and collectively, multitask and prioritize, balance attention to detail, and recognize a sense of urgency
- Must-have a sense of urgency and a demonstrated ability to be proactive, not reactive to situations; Ability to remain calm, professional, focused, positive and show empathy to customers, franchisees, and colleagues.
- A dedication to a team environment and team goals committed to developing positive relationships; eager to adapt, learn and take on new challenges as part of a growing team.
- A passion for change and enthusiasm for ongoing learning, coaching, and training.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Required experience: Must have 3+ years Customer Service experience in B2B Service Type Industry (Help desk with Ticketing System Resolution experience a bonus)
- Required language: Spoken English (fluent), Written English (professional level)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with numbers to back your ideas, create and generate reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly)
