**Compensation**:

- **Salary plus** **Commission and Bonus** (P&C + LIFE - % of premium sold)
- **40,000 Base upon completion of OTL licensing ( negotiable depending on experience) plus Bonus and Commission**:

- Earning Potential has no Cap
- Monthly and or quarterly team and Personal Production promotions and bonus
- 3 weeks vacation after 1 year

**Responsibilities**
- Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sales and service of a Home, Auto and or Life insurance policy. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
- Greet and answer incoming calls from clients and offer 5* customer Service
- Passionate, Friendly and Bubbly Positive Personality
- Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Good Personal Credit Score** **( necessary for the Government Insurance Licensing Sponsorship)
- Insurance Sales and Customer Service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and verbal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Active and responsible team member.
- Ability to take orders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and Agent.
- **Property & Casualty license (OTL or RIBO license) or LLQP**:

- **LLQP to be obtained within 3 months of start in order to service existing customers (all licensing fees to be paid by Agent on successful completion**

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma.
- 2 years of experience doing office work.
- Knowledge of financial documents.
- Ability to use computer software and ease with communication technology.
- Experience with operations/ customer service.
- Second language is a plus.
- Continuous desire to improve.
