**Full-Time Transport Trailer Technician**
**Rotation shifts, Monday to Friday, Dayshift & Nightshift**

We are looking for an experienced and capable **Transport Trailer Technician** to join our dedicated team in the fleet and maintenance shop and take accountability for all aspects of the fleet including, inspection, service and repair of dry freight and refrigerated trailers, equipped with power tailgates.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be responsible for all scheduled inspections, routine preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical and electrical system repair.
- Perform inventory control and management, ensuring and anticipating appropriate stock levels. Provide customer service and including diagnosis of technical problems and providing recommendations on repair solutions.

**Who You Are**:

- One or more years of mechanical experience in a truck and transport environment.
- Certified Red Seal Transport Trailer Technician and a Valid Commercial Vehicle Inspector, holding a valid Class 7 or 5 driver’s license. Solid understanding and working knowledge of trailer and material components.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Responsive work attitude, ability to work alone efficiently with a commitment to safety and established best practices.
- Critical thinker and problem solver with strong task planning, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively bother verbally and in writing.
